Large sunny lounge with double glazed french doors, fully equipped kitchen diner with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle, with seating provided by an oak finish corner bench unit, chair and table. There is a flat screen TV, DVD player and CD/Radio available for your enjoyment.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Bedroom one has wooden beams, velux roof light and two smaller windows, a 4ft 6in double bed,  double wardrobe, built in cupboard, four drawer chest and two bed side units with lamps, dressing table and stool.
Bedroom two is beamed and has 2x 3ft single beds, 2x four drawer chests, dressing table, stool and bedside drawer unit. A wardrobe is provided on the landing.
Bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and wash basin with shaver light
Central heating, electricity, linen and towes are included in the price.
