Nanplough is located in a unique, beautiful and totally peaceful setting, only a mile and a half from the stunning Poldhu Cove. The farmhouse and cottages are protected by rolling countryside and trees which make it a natural suntrap. Nanplough has an outdoor heated swimming pool, which is generally available from May to September. There are also a plethora of other picture perfect National Trust beaches very close by. We are also set within an area of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) and our farm cottages are surrounded by 24 acres of working farmland on the western edge of the wild and stunning Lizard Peninsula.

Looking out from the granite seat at the front of our Victorian House, the views are fabulous - just relax and watch the buzzards playing in the valley, take a dip in the heated pool or just stay as each cottage is set around a central courtyard with teak furniture. For the more adventurous, Nanplough is an excellent starting point for the famous and exhilarating south west coast path with a stunning array of plant species and birdlife too numerous to list. With every change of season, more birdlife and flora appear. The summer and winter visitors to our shores dramatically swell the numbers of our year round resident wildlife which can be seen all around you - if you can take your eyes off the spectacular coastline that is!

Nanplough coastal cottages, bed and breakfast is also an ideal location to explore the whole of the Lizard with "chocolate box" villages and its seemingly endless list of coves. Very close by are Cadgwith, Mullion Cove, Church Cove, Gunwallow and Falmouth. A little further away but within easy reach are Porthleven, Penzance, Marazion and St. Ives. With the excellent road network, many places such as the Eden Project are less than an hour away. For the families, we are only 2 miles from flambards family theme park. Finally, for those looking for the ultimate romatic venue for their wedding, we are lucky enough to be within the catchment area for the famous and beautiful Gunwallow church.
