The immediate area is steeped in maritime and smuggling history and is renowned for having one of the best climates in England. Head towards the coast and visit traditional Cornish villages such as Mullion, Porthleven and Coverack. Attractions in the area include The Minack Theatre, National Seal Sanctuary, Flambards Theme Park, and the Tate Gallery at St Ives, to name just a few.

The accommodation is arranged over two split-level floors and offers three bedrooms: one double bedroom, one triple room containing three single beds, and one single. The lounge comes with Smart TV with Netflix, Ruark Audio with DAB radio, Bluetooth and French doors to outside. A couple of steps lead you down in to the large kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and door to outside. At the front of the property is the shared courtyard with garden furniture and BBQ.

Leisure facilities: shared heated outdoor swimming pool (open from Easter to the end of September, weather permitting), changing room and WC and communal games room. Outside: access to 23 acres of farmland with sheep, chickens and horses, picnic areas, walks and access to public footpaths and ample private off-road parking.
