We understand that your holiday this summer will be slightly different due to the current and unusual circumstances, we want to make sure you feel safe and prepared. We wish to explain the steps taken to prepare your property as well as some handy tips on ways you can holiday safely and have a wonderful stay.
Extra Property Precautions.
Extended changeover hours.
Our normal changeover cleans are already rigorous. However, following guidance we have extended our changeover times to 18:00 to allow extra time for the deep cleaning required for all our safety.
We have removed books and games and some soft furnishings for now, an easy step to ensure your cottage is clean and comfortable for your arrival.
We recommend your initial supermarket shop is done at home so you can bring what you need for the first few days, this will mean you can relax as soon as you arrive or book an online shop for delivery after you arrival time. The Cornish Food Box Company, deliver fresh, locally sourced produce to your cottage or contact Treleage Dairy for fresh dairy produce, fresh fish and vegetables.
We have provided contact details of local pubs and restaurants and advise you book in advance.
Linen care.
Following guidance, we ask if you would kindly strip your beds and place the linen and protectors in the bags provided before leaving, this will help protect our housekeeping team. If your booking is more than one week , we are unable to provide our usual mid stay linen change at this time, we will provide you with fresh linen and ask you change the bedding yourselves.
Thank you for your understanding.
Due to current Government guidance, our swimming pool is open, however, pool area furniture, the games room, laundry and communal BBQ are not available. We await further instruction. Take care, stay safe. Thank you.
