These purpose converted holiday homes form part of a 23-acre estate with working smallholding on-site and are located on the spectacular Lizard Peninsula. Within a short drive of a number of spectacular coves and beaches, they provide for a fun-packed holiday for families and couples alike.

The immediate area is steeped in maritime and smuggling history and is renowned for having one of the best climates in England. Head towards the coast and visit ever-popular Mullion and beautiful Poldhu Cove, and a number of quaint fishing villages such as pretty Porthleven. From here you can also access the South West Coast Path meaning that you don’t need a car to explore the area. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here and well worth a visit include The Minack Theatre, National Seal Sanctuary, Flambards Theme Park, Tate Gallery at St Ives, The Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, the castles at Pendennis and Tintagel, and RNAS Culdrose.

Leisure facilities: shared heated outdoor swimming pool (open from Easter to the end of September, weather permitting), changing room and WC. Outside: access to 23 acres of farmland with sheep, chickens and horses, picnic areas, climbing frame, slide and swing, walks and access to public footpaths. Amenities: ample private off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking inside the properties. Regret no pets. Master bedroom with super king-size and en-suite bathroom with freestanding bath, separate shower and WC, 1 super-king-size with en-suite shower and WC, 1 beautifully vaulted room with king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request), with en-suite shower and WC, 1 double zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with en-suite shower and WC, 1 super-king-size with en-suite shower and WC; this is the largest bedroom and has a beautiful vaulted ceiling. On the ground floor, 1 king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with en-suite shower and WC. 2 WC’s on the ground floor. Lounge: with wood burner (first basket of logs included), SkyTV. Sonos Audio throughout the downstairs living areas. Kitchen/diner: split-level with electric hob, three ovens, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler and dishwasher. Dining room: with garden views. Utility room: with washing machine, tumble dryer and additional dishwasher, side by side fridge/freezer with filtered water and ice. Boot room. Outside: tiered garden with lawn, courtyard patio area, garden furniture, BBQ.
